What CareClear is
CareClear is a free tool for comparing published and reported cash prices for prescription medicines. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Prices are information, not offers
- Prices come from published price lists, pharmacies, and people who share what they paid. They may be out of date or incomplete, and they are not guaranteed.
- CareClear doesn't sell medicines. The pharmacy sets the actual price, fees, shipping, and availability. Always confirm with the pharmacy before you buy.
- Online pharmacies may charge shipping or other fees and may not ship to every state.
- Cash or discount-card payments may not count toward your insurance deductible. CareClear does not check your insurance benefits.
Not medical advice
CareClear provides price information only. It does not recommend medicines, doses, or substitutions. Talk with your prescriber or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medicine. In an emergency, call 911.
Sharing prices
If you share a price, it should be a real price you paid or, for pharmacies, your own current cash price. Don't include personal or health information. We review submissions and may edit, decline, or remove any report. By submitting, you allow us to display the price details on CareClear.
Fair use
Don't misuse CareClear — for example, by submitting false prices, spamming, or trying to disrupt or copy the service at scale.
Other websites
CareClear links to pharmacies and other websites, including Cost Plus Drugs. We're not affiliated with them and aren't responsible for their prices, products, or content.
No warranty; limitation of liability
CareClear is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairaDoc Technologies LLC is not liable for decisions made or costs incurred based on information shown on CareClear.
